    Our president Barack Obama
    once killed off a bad guy Osama.
    But look out! New villains!
    More spying and killings
    are needed to increase the drama.

    I guess it was inevitable that someone would bring out that tired old joke / canard (I’m not sure if you intended it to be funny, or if you really believe one partner in a same-sex relationship plays the role of the opposite sex)…

    The US privatized prison industry provides very cheap labor, thus patriotically bringing more jobs back to the US, woot, USA #1 and all that…

    Annoying that “nev-er” was needlessly hyphenated and split across 2 lines…

    Linguist, do you seriously believe most men keep secrets?

    Or are you just doing that thing of taking a negative human behavior done by people generally and then acting as if only women (or only people of a given race or religion or whatever) do it?

    ConserveGov: many people have problem with drones. Drone attacks are not simply unethical, but also counter-productive. Drone attacks are making enemies faster than we can kill them.

    If some other country started routinely blowing people up in the US, you’d probably start violently hating that country. Look how crazy the US went after 9/11. Now imagine the reaction if there were a decade of continual attacks on the US instead of just one attack.

    lma: I can think of another country which seems more likely than Iran to keep starting wars in the Middle East.

    “Veterans and Peace Corps volunteers make people feel guilty that they themselves do nothing to save the world.”

    Really?

    The US military is being used to “save the world”? I don’t see how the world is better off due to the US invasions and occupations of Afghanistan and Iraq, and I certainly don’t feel guilty that I am not participating in that allegedly world-saving activity.

    @reedkomicks:
    I agree the viewing angle is changed, of course, but that doesn’t matter. The two characters are switching positions RELATIVE TO EACH OTHER each day:

    In Wednesday’s comic, Zip is sitting on Jeff’s right side.

    In Tuesday’s comic, Zip is sitting on Jeff’s left side.
