A comment on the cartoon — Walky looks perfectly friendly. He ought at least be glaring a Oogie. A comment on other Comments — is this the place to criticize the nature of cats, or man’s treatment of them? Or even to suggest Fagan doesn’t use a carrier for his vet visits. This is not an educational forum, after all.
Coasternut — just what I’ve been thinking, every point! He’s caught the essence of weiner dog. I’ve been cutting out Wally and Oogie strips, but since I found Go Comics I can stop mutilating the newspaper (and get color too). I’m emailing them to my daughter, whose daschund has been “helping” her through vet school. Go to Fagan’s website — he said he was planning a Wally book. Nag — I mean encourage — him.
I can’t believe the GoComics blurb on Drabble doesn’t even mention Wally! I don’t even read it if there’s no Wally. I’m sending this vet series to my daughter — the one who has a weiner dog,and is graduating vet school soon.
Gyp! This comic appeared before. But I guess the Weiner Dog Academy deserves a rerun.
