I had a Dobie rescue for a number of years and he was the sweetest guy ever. The kid that originally got him did it because he wanted a big, bad, mean, dog. He could have turned out that way if the kid had kept him…but he didn’t. He hurt the dog and a neighbor took the dog to the vet and rescued the dog…at his own expense.
