Yes, it is a comic strip and a comment or satire of things in life. When we lose the ability to laugh at ourselves our flaws and triumphs we might just as well give it all up.
I worry about people that always wrap up things that they find unpleasant by “beating the child” what good did that ever do anyone? It is truly one of the things wrong with thinking you can control what you don’t like by ‘beating the child’ and all will be right with the world. Maybe you (Rushboy) need a beating but most of us just might take a pass on that.
Seems once the help gets a mind of their own - you just can’t control them.
