Cauliflower makes a great low carb alternative to mashed potatoes. If you process it well and salt and pepper it with a little butter you can’t tell!!

Add the cauliflower to mashed potatoes and you have a variation of colcannon, a traditional Irish dish. MMMMMMMMMMMMM! Really good and easy to make.

I was told that veggie burgers tasted like real burgers, so you’ll forgive me if I’m a little gun-shy about believing “you can’t tell the difference”.

Didn’t you get the memo that butter and salt are bad for you?

The best way to ruin a vegetable is to cook it, just sayin’.

The best way to fix a vegetable is to wrap it in bacon.

Funny natural vegetables called “health food.” It is food, with very little processing which takes out nutrients.

Too much butter and salt are bad. We all need some salt (and iodide), as well as sugar. Not heaping amounts, but some.

It is unfortunate that some real kids have no idea where their food comes from or what is needed to grow / raise it.

I process my mashed potatoes well, with salt, butter and pepper, and I can’t tell I’m not eating cauliflower.
I much prefer it this way…lol

I just can’t take the taste. I’ve tried them mashed, boiled, baked, smothered in cheese and in the form of noodles… I just taste the cauliflower and don’t care for it.
