    This is going to end with a thud…and perhaps some broken bones.

    Or, for those with intelligence, the one stage of removing a cat from a tree: wait. It’ll ALWAYS come down when it gets hungry. No one has ever found a cat skeleton in a tree!

    The big question is….will the eggs have hatched? And, will the chicks recognize Ponch and the cat as their parents?

    He won’t have to worry about losing his job. He’s going to be laid up for months after this.

    @Destiny23

    Generally true. It is possible for a cat to get stuck in a tree, but not common. Our cats climb trees and up onto the roof all the time. However, my parents had a cat who had always been outdoors until they moved. The tree branches were much higher up at the new place. Cat was missing two days before they found him and got him down. He never climbed that kind of tree again. Which is probably how you can tell if they were actually stuck. If they do it again, they weren’t stuck.
