No, they just have more sense that the Gore-ites and realize the GW religion is a false, dangerous cult.

Of course, electric cars are hardly any greener than other cars.

Don’t you just hate it when land sharks burn those oil can fires.

I’d prefer that in times of plenty everyone would put a greater percentage of the grain crop in safe long term storage.
    Just in case.

Don’t mind him; he’s one of those clowns that thinks science is something you vote on.

I have no idea how a coal-powered car is supposed to be good for the environment. Especially since coal-fired power plants have far less stringent emissions limits than gas-powered cars.

Now a bicycle…that’s good for the environment and your health. Unless some car runs you over.

Given how bad this winter has been, I think I’m siding with the shark.

Oh! I know this one. You get people into electric cars that rely on the grid. This eventually removes the established petroleum tank station infrastructure. Then you ban coal, and the price of energy goes too high for people to afford private transportation, forcing them into public transport, which must then be expanded.
Anything worth doing is worth doing by way of a diabolical conspiracy against lesser intellects.

When I run into these “electric cars are no better” bowbs, I ponder the idiocy of expecting infrastructure change to occur “all at once.”
Electricity does not have to be produced by power plants burning petrochemicals … that’s just one way we do it now and there are dozens of alternatives already in the works. But cars that are equipped with gasoline engines must burn petroleum. If you want to reduce (note, not “eliminate” … just reduce) emissions, you can try using transport that doesn’t a priori depend on producing emissions from its tailpipe.
To refuse to take a step because the journey may be long is cowardice.

The various Tea Party groups seem to stand for smaller government and adherence to the Constitution. How does this make them a dangerous cult? Or is a dangerous cult anyone who doesn’t agree with you!
