    Well, obviously, the NSA would be closely monitoring all activities of anyone who would read Pearls Before Swine. Duh! :)

    When I took CON Law a couple of years after the Bill of Rights was passed, I don’t think there was anything in the Fourth Amendment about pinky swear, but I may have just missed that.

    The actual FISA Court is about this lenient. Almost every warrant is ultimately approved.

    I’m not sure if this includes requests submitted by rodents, however.
