At its heart, Pearls Before Swine is the comic strip tale of two friends: an arrogant Rat who thinks he knows it all and a slow-witted Pig who doesn't know any better. Together, this pair offers caustic commentary on humanity's quest for the unattainable. Dilbert cartoonist Scott Adams says that Pearls is "one of the few comics that make me laugh out loud." The strip has twice won the National Cartoonists Society's Reuben division award for Best Newspaper Comic Strip – in 2003 and in 2006.

Rat does have a point, sort of (and not just his nose!), but he is rather over-demonstrative. Tsk tsk!

Totally with Rat on this one (sans the coffee mug).

I swear, Rat is right on pretty much everything.

Seeing as how Rat doesn’t like communicating with other people, Goat’s efforts may have in fact been underkill.
Proginoskes said, 3 months ago
If “underkill” ever becomes popular, I want credit for it.

If Rat would of gotten off his lazy arse there would of been no need for the other forms of message sending. Reply back the first time!
