I think I’ve heard of it…but I don’t think it even sounds good. Butter is an ingredient, not a food in and of itself.

The bacon thing seems to be a problem.

Oh, down South, they’ll deep-fry anything! Deep-fried Twinkies and Snickers bars, anyone?

It always seems to shock people here when Pig reveals his fondness for pork. He’s been that way as long as the strip’s been around.

I could get a coronary just thinking about it. You’d have a hard time coming up with the Twinkies now, though.

I think I’ve heard of that, too, but I’d forgotten. That makes fried Twinkies look like health food.

    I applaud Pig’s moderation.

    “Everything in moderation, including moderation.”
(On a quick search, I found that basic idea attributed to Ben Franklin, Mark Twain, and Oscar Wilde …?)

Cartoons characters don’t worry about their weight. They’re all very thin.

That’s today’s list, wonder what Pig will eat tomorrow…
