    I recall there was a game that Charlie Brown’s team won, but the victory was overturned on some technicality. Charlie Brown wanted to appeal to Judge Kenesaw Mountain Landis (Commissioner of Baseball, who died in 1944).

    The technically was that someone had bet on the game — Rerun. And who did he bet with? The “funny-looking kid with the big nose” as a soon-to-appear girl will refer to him…
