    Linus, do you know what a rhetorical question is? It’s one that’s not meant to be taken or answered literally, but is merely used to lend emphasis to an argument.

    My 10-year-old daughter is like that. I had to teach her the phrase “rhetorical question” at a very young age because she takes things literally AND has a photographic memory.

    Chicago and Washington second place in 1930, but which Chicago team – Cubs or White Sox? Also: Linus refers to the Washington Senators of 1930 when Washington, D.C. had a baseball team. And today in 2013 Washington, D.C. has a baseball team called the Washington Nationals and their “W” logo is in the style of the “W” cursive capital of the Walgreen’s drug store chain logo.
