    At least Tick isn’t going to be the navigator. Deckhands are supposed to list starboard.

    Am fascinated by your drawings. The details are wonderful. Will this ever be presented in book form?

    The houses (especially the round ones) are incredible.

    The houses are not quite fantasy.

    I think the most difficult occupation in Blood’s Haven must be roofer.

    I like how the Asian restaurant resembles a pagoda!

    Diligent little feller ain’t he. I just love his work ethic. This is probably going to be one cantankerous crew.

    I especially like the flight of pelicans buzzing down the beach just like they do at sunset every evening.

    I find this strip too interesting to be bored by the long wait. It is worth it.

    @Gary McSpook

    I certainly hope so! Given the current publishing environment, though, I probably won’t start shopping it around to publishers until the story’s completely wrapped up—hopefully, at the end of this year.

    @pcolli

    Thanks! I love designing all the architecture for this strip. I’ve tried to cram in as much of it as possible in the first couple of chapters since so much of the later story takes place on the water.
