    Not tomahawk; That is a surface attack missile used against point or small area targets. It wont chase down a hawk. A sidewinder on the other hand…

    Jonas is pretty brave. Some Hawks are huge and those rubber bullets will just sting for a bit.

    @JP Steve: only if they’ve got a bunch of their friends backing them up. I once watched crows harass a peregrine chick on her fledging day, and the next thing you know papa peregrine was dive bombing them and crow was served to his mate for lunch. A pack of crows will go after a hawk or a raptor chick because they know they’ll eat the crows when they grow up.

    have a bald eagle’s nest close to the house. the crows harass the eagles frequently
    (just not when they are flying tandem)
