With some people, the trick is finding it.

Jeez, sounds like me. Probably a lot of people. I was ready to do murder if anything went wrong when my mom was in the hospital. Thankfully the only thing that went wrong one time was when a CNA threw some of my mom’s possessions away. Grr, couldn’t find the CNA after that.

I think the only one that it will help is Claire. The doctors don’t need anyone yelling at them, let alone a worried amateur.
I love this comic, but this story line is worrying me.

Yelling at the doctors didn’t help my aunt at all. They botched a very simple operation on her daughter.

The patient should take minimal to the hospital. Once the wrist ID goes on, everything else should be given to the next of kin to hold.

Not sure if you were referring to my comment, but you generally take things that you use everyday. Hairbrush, toothbrush, socks, carmex, and in my mom’s case, she wanted her alarm clock, favorite crossword pen, dab of makeup, etc. Being in the hospital is bad enough as it is, having the little things you’re used to from home makes it a bit more comfortable.
