Sunset Bl, West Los Angeles during rush hour would scare any Roman.

They should try rush hour in Portland Oregon >.< The traffic is high speed bumper to bumper on streets and highways mostly designed for the 1930s. (if not earlier) Winding cow paths made into streets that go up and down hills that would do San Fransisco proud 4 or 6 lane freeways that suddenly jam down into 2 lanes for no determinable reason. A massive number of bicycle lanes that mostly confuse the heck out of drivers. And the tunnel from hell leading out to the west.
I love the city, it’s quirky and beautiful, but boy do I hate the traffic.

The M25 beats both. “The London Orbital Car Park” had a song written and performed by Chris Rea’ “The Road to Hell”.
