Her line in panel 3 should have been “Perhaps the mountain air will disagree with me.” The punchline makes no sense as it’s worded here.

Yes, but the way it’s worded, he’s saying that no one would dare to agree with her. What he means is that no one would dare to disagree with her, and face her temper.
