Any News on how many were fired for walking out there or the other phony Union McD’s protest. My guess and some sources, most were the same rent a mob protesters that stalked Mitt.

Connected by 9,00 degrees of separation is a stretch, even for a socialist. A few disgruntled employees with many union goons and useful idiots. How many people in the US of A know the wage in Haiti? How many look at the source before buying? But wait! We DO know union goons. AP piece this morning on Chicago- unfunded union retirement bennies approaching 27 BILLION USD shortfall. The union’s answer? Raise taxes. Chicago becomes the new Detroit.

A Haitian low skill worker would think he died and went to heaven if he had a job at Walmart…

How about no job at all? Is that good for ya?"
It was for the guys who job it was to bring us the Twinkie. They got what they wanted now did they not. No longer had they to work under a “evil” rich. Of course they no longer had a job, but you better watch what you ask for.

Sigh! It is really hard to get worked up about low wages in poor overseas companies. They get paid vey little but take it because its the only game in town. Same deal with Walmart they pay the lowest wage they can get away with. People flock to Walmart because their stuff is cheap. Why? Because its mostly junk. Walmart used to make a big deal about all of their merchandise being made in America. That lasted until they found out that most people don’t care where the stuff comes from as long as it is cheap and you can buy it in large quantities. If it doesn’t come from Haiti it will come from someplace in Asia. It is all about money. Cheap is good. We sold our economy to the wholesalers years ago. It was done under “one world” idea. If you did not go along with the concept you were thought to be some flavor of retard. Now the jobs have been mostly shipped overseas and are not coming back. So short sell your stock in American manufacturers and go long on big overseas conglomerates and to Hell with it.

Why do you call it “phony?” They were serious even if you are not. “Rent-a-mob” so those Reich Wing think tanks are busy spinning all kinds of conspiracies that you and others lap up like manna from Heaven.

What good is your business if it pays less than those need to survive much less prosper? That use to not be the case, now it is.

Evil is as evil does. Those Plutocrats and their businesses who under pay employees while they pocket the wealth created from their hard work is indeed evil. You joke, but it is very serious to our economy. Low pay equals less spending. What does that do for the economy?

Like when GM paid $4.00/hr? People with no saleable skills have to take what they can get. Ever heard of a career ladder? You start at the bottom, and work your way up. And again, what part of “If you raise pay, you have to raise prices”, do you not get? Also, the fact that you hatched a few kids, and Walmart or McDonalds doesn’t pay enough to care for them properly falls in the category of “Don’t breed them unless you can feed them”. Now there’s a slogan for Steffi. Feel free to use it.

He doesn’t have to. There’s already Costco, as well as stores like Publix and Winco. With time, they will hopefully eradicate WalMart.

How long ago was that? Not that you can say much to persuade me. I worked in a union shop in the late ’70’s making $6.80 an hour when the prevailing wage was $2.90. I wasn’t begrudging my dues. Retired Engineers and Scientists of California Local 20.
