    Absolutely CLASSIC. “Immanent” is defined as “Taking place within the mind of the subject and having no effect outside of it” or “Inherent, intrinsic”. I believe the author intended “imminent”, meaning “near, about to happen”.
    However, it’s clear that the writer believes the collaps of the global economy is close at hand, that this is a good thing to be fought for, and would inevitably involve the death of most people.

    I believe she has the wrong side labeled as “evil”.
