That seems to be Mikes point. He might oversimplify it a bit, but makes the point. For me (maybe you and Mike too) endless “war against terror”. Orwell’s 1984 is still worth reading. The “memory hole” proved not to be necessary, but continues warfare to keep the people in line? I still think Obama is better than the alternative, but when will we ever learn…?
