The Affordable Care Act is the LAW OF THE LAND. There is no negotiation. Follow the law…

And as “LAW OF THE LAND” is that why the President has decided to selectively alter it and implement it as he sees fit? If it’s truly the “LAW OF THE LAND” then it should all go into effect, as passed, and have the same impact on everyone, including the individual, employer and member of government. It’s more of a “SUGGESTION OF THE LAND” than law, with respect to how Obama is handling it. He just wanted to sign it, not enforce it.

Yeah, if this were accurate, I doubt there’s that much of the Constitution left to cut up. Obama and Reid have pretty much destroyed it in the last 5 years.

Who is voting against every CR the House proposes? Who is not even letting these bills get a hearing in the Senate? Who is threatening a veto at every turn? Who is demanding essentially a credit card with no spending limit?
Which party contrary to law has prevented the government from operating on a established budget for the last 5 years?

Nothing irritates Republicans like laws the people want. But! They just LOVED “The Patriot Act”, “Military Commissions Act”, and endless wasted spending to contractors for “defense” projects that never work!! Oh, right, let’s also build a border fence, with CHINESE STEEL, and IMMIGRANT LABOR hired by CONTRACTORS!

Lies, lies, and more lies. Or perhaps just massive ignorance.
Obamacare was passed lawfully by Congress.
Obamacare was signed into law by the President.
Obamacare was confirmed by the Supreme Court as constitutional.
So where are you coming from? Mars?
It is the LAW OF THE LAND. Deal with it.

Wow, that is completely mistaken. Boehner is refusing to let the bill be VOTED on — because he knows it will pass. The GOP has tried NO avenue of compromise; they are trying to force sabotage of a law that has already passed Congress, and validated as constitutional. It’s as simple as that.

No one is asking for a credit card w/ no spending limit. The debt ceiling is hardly part of this debate (yet). All Boehner has to do is VOTE on a clean spending bill, and it will PASS with Bi-partisan support!. A small part of the House is holding the rest of the country hostage.
