"Editorial cartoons should be smart and substantive, provocative and informative. They should stir passions and deep emotions. Editorial cartoons should be the catalyst for thought, and frankly speaking, if you can make politicians think, that is an accomplishment in itself."

98% of zero moral principles is still zero.

Can morals go into negative numbers?

“Oh please. The Republicans have been politicizing the deaths of 4 diplomats for months.”
Not to mention how much they milked the 9/11 terrorist attacks for political gain. It’s not wrong when the Republicans do it.

Yes. Just look to the republicans as proof of this.

But zero is still more than the average rabid republican possesses.

While I agree with TimeWeaver,
Reid is a poster child for things that are wrong with Washington DC. The fact that his face would be lost amongst the R and D faces such a poster would contain doesn’t take away from his uselessness as a political “leader”. The only thing worse than Reid, is McConnall, and not by much. Those two could just about be joined at the hip. Same body, different brains, no heart.
Sadly,
C.

There is a considerable difference in circumstances, TimeWeaver.

The Benghazi example has been an attempt to figure out what went wrong, who’s responsible, and what can be done to see that it doesn’t happen again. A proper function of government. The Reid example was a crass political comment.

What morals, Reid?
-
1. the 8th Marine died later from the explosion which had Nothing To Do with sequestration!
2. the Republicans have not been politicking on the 4 Benghazi deaths. They have been asking Questions since 9/12/12 about why our consulate in Libya was not protected!
-
If the GOP doesn’t ask Questions, the Democrats in Congress and the Obama administration and the MSM would just bury the incident of probable culpability of the executive branch failure to protect US personnel in Libya.
-
Another Q= why has the FBI not been given access to Libyan suspects of involvement in the terrorist attack at Benghazi?
Why is the administration not using “Obama’s Diplomacy” to actively find and prosecute the terrrorists???

Exactly what I was going to say, Ms. Ima. Of course, libs have always had a problem with math.

@mikefive
Yes it is a political issue because the Administration has been covering it up for four months. The Republicans have not even been allowed to speak to the survivors. Please explain that!

Yes, there are. The republicans as a whole have cravenly and repeatedly politicized beyond all sanity a tragedy in order to blame the President while an individual democrat moaned the loss of seven soldiers while discussing reductions in the military training budget
