   I guess the president is prostituting himself. Isn’t that what you call it when you sell yourself for cash? I guess he is selling out his rhetoric ( I don’t think he has principles ) instead of his body, but the metaphor sticks.

   All Obama is doing is pandering to the most liberal portion of his base. Like I’ve mentioned in prior posts, he’s going to use this as a two-way weapon. First, he said he is “personally” in support of gay marriage. But on policy, I can all-but guarantee he is going to provide resistance so he can hold onto what few moderates still believe in him.

   How horrible that a president should proclaim LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL and be rewarded with campaign contributions from those who agree with him. Think I’ll go give him another $100 right now. Thanks for the motivation, Ramirez, you pin head. Don’t you remember when we treated Hispanic Americans the way we treat gay Americans now? Go look at all the states that outlawed inter-racial marriage before it was struck down as unconstitutional in Loving v. Virginia 1967. Funny how myopic and hypocritical you can be.

   While I support equal rights, the real “issue” (This is just another issue where the “religious” want to ignore Article Six, and the First Amendment), I DO find it rather hilarious that the whole LGBT ferocity from the right seems to be from those LEAST SECURE about their own “sexuality”. It’s like watching the protests of thousands of Ted Haggards. (The “Christian right” does seem to have a very big closet.)

    name a nation that legalized “marriage” of sodomites! None have that I have found in history books.

    the USA was founded on Judeo-Christian principles, our law system comes from God’s O.T. law principles of right versus wrong…..therefore it is criminal to murder, to steal, etc….and our states backed up church marriages, not the federal government. The constitution bars the federal from intruding on state’s domains. We are just learning how many in D.C. don’t care what the constitution allows and prohibits. They already have pushed our laws into the area where God is removing his hedge of security….9/11/01 and disasters since that date….keep it up, Liberals, and watch our nation be punished.

    You right-wing religious hypocrites are so funny… Jesus never said a word about gays, but he did condemn divorce, saying anyone who divorces commits adultery. So why is the divorce rate the same among the religious as it is among the athiests?

    You’re just hypocrites, the same as the pharisees that Jesus had choice words for.
