    People who won’t even see the truth, will have grandchildren who hate them, while they pay thru the nose for clean drinking water. amidst burned down forests and desert conditions.

    No forests, no clean water, just what are these billions and billions and billions of grandchildren eating?

    The UN says people should eat bugs.

    Glacial recession and growing deserts have been going on for thousands of years. It comes from cold land and seas and thin atmosphere. This comes from high reflectivity from ice fields. The ice fields are caused by warm land and seas and thick atmosphere. This comes from low reflectivity from no ice. I can sell you a CO2 climate change mediation package, but it won’t be any better than the ones being sold at the Global Dominion Travelling Medicine Show. But hey, it’s your money. Until you start volunteering mine, of course.

    Brass, you are incorrect. The rates of change are exponentially higher than in the past. CO2 is now higher than at any point in human evolution, and the change has taken less than 200 years. Deniers like you will be seen with gape-mouthed incredulity by the sufferers in the future, much like we regard the nice English gentleman who released rabbits in Australia because he liked to hunt them. Only this time it’s on a global scale, with billions of deaths.

    It seem that the climate change is coming anyhow. All we can do is slow it down but the good thing is we pushed back the next ice age back a 20 thousand years

    The God of the Judeo-Christian Bible is in full charge of earth and its “climate”……there is nothing that mankind has the power to do that will stop or change God’s system.
    -
    Sometimes God uses weather to “speak” to people who refuse to read or listen to His commands. God has ended many nations because of deliberate and insolent SIN.
    America is being led in a fall from grace by rebel sinners (read Romans chapter one).

    Go ahead and waste away millions, billions upon trillions into these Global Warming theories..
    All of that wasted American Tax Dollars, is not going to change a Natural Occurrence..

    We were once a nation that could pull together to get things done. That is until the Nincompoop-in-Chief came along and told us to go shop after 9/11. Then he hires his Veep’s old firm with no-bid contracts to fight a war for oil. We were never asked to sacrifice a thing. The war was out-sourced. It was all about money. Welcome to Americo. May the best corporation win.

    If we learn to control the sun and stop having so many children, I think we can do it. (sic)

    @ARodney

    You are only considering air temperatures and carbon dioxide concentrations. You deny that water converts heat energy to kinetic energy and that atmospheric water content sufficient to supply the rains to prevent the deserts from growing would be enough to outweigh any greenhouse considerations of carbon dioxide concentrations. You deny that glaciers are formed from heat energy, not from cold energy, which isn’t even a real thing. You deny the laws of thermodynamics. And I, then, am a slack-jawed gaper who must either profess faith or be cleansed in the fires of the Holy Inquisition. We are the same people we have ever been, and some of us more so than others.

    If yo uthink you can stop climate change, start by walking in front of a freight train and stopping it with your bare hands. You have just as much of a chance.

  14. Stipple

    No, it cannot be stopped at this point.
    .
    The flat earthers are not allowing steps to help survive the oncoming new climate. Some could survive if started now, the 95% death might be reduced to 90%. We could double the number of survivors, but not by ignoring what the earth is doing.
    .
    Dang. Ignorance kills.

    @ahab

    You provide citations from Kool aid drinkers, fellow alarmists and try to pass that as valid?

    You are kinda humourous, tragically so though.

    “..scientific issues cannot be decided by a vote of scientists. A consensus is not, at any given time, a good predictor of where the truth actually resides..”

    Here’s another for you . . .

    “..Science is based on skepticism and experimental proof. Whereas human GHG emissions certainly have a warming effect, the breakdown between natural and anthropogenic contributions to warming is poorly constrained.

    Remember that the warming since 1650 AD (not 1900) is part of a real ‘millennial cycle’ whose amplitude cannot yet be explained by any quantitative theory.

    Also, the computer climate models are both too complex to be readily understood and too simple to describe reality.

    Believing their results is an act of faith…”

    What else did the ’97% of scientists’ say?

    You should really broaden your reading sources.
