Only the House
Harry Reid refuses to allow the Senate to read any bills passed by The House

Strange how short the memory the liberals have. They forgot from January 2007 to December 2010 the Democrat Controlled House and Senate failed to pass one single budget during this time span, no, they ‘kicked the can’ down the road and increased the debt ceiling each year causing our woes today.
Oh, in late 2010, The Democrat Controlled House and Senate voted to extend the Bush Tax Cuts for the Top 1% and Obama signed the Bill.

People believe what they want to believe. I sometimes wish they would make their religion an official belief system so we could prevent it from being made into the official religion of the nation by applying the Constitution. Until then, it is just grist for the mill. Interesting to note, for the “I Want to Believe” sect is that while we did miss the boat on budget and tax reform during the Democrat control of government from 2009 to 2011, the old Dutch word for miller is Mulder, and The Fiscal Cliff is what Ted Kennedy drove off on Old Dike Road after missing the ferry due to poor navigational skills. How this applies to their hatred of FOX news remains a mystery.

Its the duty of the congress to create the budget.
Under the republican house they haven’t done their job for years.

Now pay attention. The House has sent budget bills to the Senate. Senile old fool, Harry Reid, refuses to even read them. Now just who is the “party of no” here? There’s a stack of bills for varying things (jobs, etc.) on Reid’s desk, and he WILL NOT do anything about them. The man needs to be replaced by someone willing to play nice with others.

Reid objected to GOP claims that the Senate has operated without a budget, pointing to the Budget Control Act, which states it will serve as the budget. “Folks, please, every time you hear the Republicans talk about our not having passed a budget, know that it is not true,” Reid said.
He also called the language in the that would withhold congressional pay if a budget isn’t approved a “gimmick” to appease the tea party.
“The House Republicans had to add a gimmick or two to their bill, but I understand, we all understand,” Reid said. “The tea party plays a big part in what goes on in the House. They need a gimmick or two to get things done over there.”

Interesting that Reid et. al. would do anything to appease anybody except the Tea Party, who are determined to adhere to the Constitution these same people have sworn to uphold and protect. I guess deter and obfuscate will have to do. After all, obfuscation is protection in the digital age.

The Democrats failed to do this from January 2007 to December 31,. 2010 when they controlled The House and Senate. Fact:
Fact: The House has passed Budget Bills, it is Harry Reid that refuses to allow The Senate to read and vote on the Budget the House passed.
Where is your ire at the Democrats for their failure to do their job from January 2007 to December 31, 2010?

Had the Democrats done their job and passed Budgets in 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 when they controlled The House and Senate, we would not have The Tea Party today.

We would still have A Tea Party. And the Mad Hatter would still be asking if we really want MORE budget cuts, with Alice replying that we can’t have MORE budget cuts because we have not, as of yet, had ANY. But at least our Dear Leader will get his March madness Brackets filled out. That is what really matters. When I use a word, it means exactly what I intend for it to mean. Feed your head.
