Funny, how the Congress fails again at oversight. Just manufactures outrage when Obama does it.

And people laughed at Bill Clinton when he said it would be cool to send ninjas to enlighten the wicked.

Funny cartoon, well drawn. Sad topic. Any movement on job creation from the executive and legislative branches of the gov’t? And did anyone see Panetta, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, or the many businessmen and small business owners complaining/warning/begging congress to GIVE THIS
COUNTRY SOME CERTAINTY on how things are going to be done for a few years? Businesses can’t make long term plans, including hiring, and the military is VERY worried about how well it can defend us and keep our servicemen protected and trained to protect us. Cyber war is a growing threat and we’re going to cut training in order to make more tanks and airplanes we don’t need?
^.
Drone warfare is being conducted in a very unsupervised and questionable way, just as much of the wars were conducted under Bush and Cheney, and congress SHOULD investigate and set standards. It should not be done as a distraction from the more immediate threats ranging from sequestration to this year’s tornado, hurricane, and fire season.
^
Will there be drought? Instead of running an oil pipeline from Canada to the Gulf of Mexico, how about a water pipe line from desalination plants along the Gulf, Atlantic, and Pacific coasts to drought stricken parts of the USA. How about flood towers in rivers to divert flood waters from swollen rivers to dried up lakes and river banks elsewhere?
Oil and gas is nice, but water is URGENT!!!
Respectfully…
Desperately,
C.

I must be dreaming… a Bors comic actually critical of the Prez. You missed your chance to show a skin-head, teapot wearing, uneducated, homophobic, gun-slinging racist, though. Too bad.

A good read.
Jobs are created indirectly…or directly…
Its the conditions that matter.
This “uncertainty” business, I do not believe it.
Business is just looking for excuses..
We still have far too many conservatives floating about..
Imagine the euphoria when we do win the war on terrorism.

That is all the due process America’s enemies deserve.

Out with the old, in with the new.

I, for one, am NOT convinced that the killing off of terrorists is effective..
Again and again, I have written, , why don’t we have a conversation with them ?
We may just learn something.
We are NOT dealing with another Hitler here.

It’s all critical of the President. You just have to read it that way. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Like the Rock Man said, “You see what you want to see, and you hear what you want to hear.”

Well, if you expect the Conservative side to serve anyone but their corporate masters, you have our Koch blinders on!
