   It’s like the Canadian ‘mmmm,’ as seen (for example) on Due South with Paul Gross. Provided CSIS doesn’t shut me down, here’s what it means= anything from “You are RIGHT! I never thought of that! Thank you for saying that!” to “You are criminally insane and I am making soothing noises till I can get safely away!”
