Principle ingredient in Life cereal is sugar. That’s why Mikey liked it.

If you follow the paleo diets, the combo of sugar and wheat is way worse than just sugar. Pass the candy please!

I can’t say that I blame Neil at all. Life is f-ing goood!!!! Best cereal ever created by man, orgasmic in it’s wheaty, yummy sugaryness. Darn, major craving going on here.

Note that if you pour a bowl of the stuff you can see the sugar crystals. That sugar is the second-listed ingredient means that, proportionately, the quantity is fairly substantial. Corn contains a high level of sugars, as well. Everything from salt on is barely negligible. As for the other flours, there is no way to ascertain their proportions.

Life has 4g sugar per serving (on par with Wheaties), and Cinnamon Life, 8g. That’s more than Cheerios’ 1g or Kix’s 3g, but less than the typical sugary cereal’s 11-15g, or (believe it or not) raisin bran’s 18g.
