@SeaFox10, I’m wondering the same kind of thing. Neil is a lot bigger than Kenny. Why doesn’t he just hang Kenny by his collar in his locker and shut the door? Neil should join the wrestling team as a light weight so he can learn to think faster and toughen up.

Once I saw footage of a small boy kick the ass of a much larger bully. He went Wolverine on him had him running.
