Mark Pett’s LUCKY COW delves into the humor of the fast food, minimum wage experience, as teenagers struggle to balance school, their social lives and working at Lucky Cow and the managers hope to keep major disasters to a minimum during peak business hours. It all adds up to a hilarious combination.

We don’t really know whether LC is successful, do we? Conscientious bosses to be sure. But some of the employees seem to be absent, even while present.

Apparently the Burger Pharoah isn’t aware that Neil probably knows less about the success of the Lucky Cow than SpongeBob does about the Krusty Krab. Maybe the manager’s name is Plankton? muuhaww!!!!

At least he’s bribing the equivalent of spongebob!

Well for a time Neil will be slushed with slushies.

We see the head honcho of Lucky Cow every once in a while. Also, we are reminded that Lucky Cow franchises are popping up everywhere, even Africa! Lucky Cow is the equivalent of our McDonalds, I would say :P

Oh! As for the absent employees, there’s usually a few Neils in fast food. Probably not Claires though. She’d probably be fired :P

The secret of Lucky Cow’s success: hire idiots who don’t even know they’re being paid less than minimum wage. But Pharaoh guy already knows that.

Asking Neil for business advuice is like asking Manti Te’o for dating advice….

Well, you’re probably right about the Neils. At least LC’s is good-natured.
-————————————I have a certain small amount of empathy for Clare. She’s not one without certain capabilities. IMO she needs someone to hit her on the side of the head every so often with a wiffle ball bat to realize how good she has it. Clearly working for her Dad is a downer for her. But it could be worse. She could be thrown into the shark tank with herds of other hungry teens (no pun intended) and end up not being able to get any job. No matter how much of a crimp she thinks the hours and pay at LC put in what her fantasy life is, being unemployed would be a bigger crimp. Hopefully she’ll realize that.

Clair thinks she is being punished but she isn’t really. And she likes the money just doesn’t like being forced to work at Lucky Cow. hence the tension that keeps the drama going.

I’m late here, but in total agreement! Claire does need of few whacks of the wiffle bat, and maybe a field trip to see those poor kids that are hungry all the time (and not just your average teen boy).
And yeah, after I wrote that I realized LC has an advantage with the good-hearted Neil :P.
