Welcome to a land of strange stories and weirdly-spun yarn, where oddities and unmentionables lurk behind every tale. Here you will witness the plight of the mysterious Heckbender, suffer the misadventures of Derring-Do Dan, learn the unsettling secret of the Slynderfell Ice Cream Cavalcade, and behold the unraveling of The Bogey. A word of caution: stay on the sidewalks, avoid shortcuts through Halfrock Swamp, and do NOT under any circumstances make business transactions with C. Percival Trullus.

Wow, the subtelties in your drawings, Kory… I just noticed how you add the small lines to the “O” and “U” for the witches talk.

Artifacts – cane handle, whip handle, necklace, key, fife, tooth.
Other facts – we know these are not like Kryptonite, they do not weaken Takers, but they can harm Takers where things of our world can’t.
Jenny and Witch chose not to continue attack on our group. Same could be said for Jaimie after Margo bested him. Piper and L’Omino were defeated by creatures that they had enchanted. This may also be the fate of Jaimie concerning the reaction of his crew.
Rafer Frost, however, was defeated by an earthly guitar by Jerry. However, Rafer may not have been a taker as such, but the puppet/slave of the real taker. As far as I am aware, no artefact was taken from him. In fact, Rafter left artefacts – rubber duck, rattle, Yip Yip, Hobbes.
Note that Lucius did not mention a toy being left when his daughter was taken.
Please let me know if I have forgotten/misremembered anything.

I’ve always liked Baba Yaga’s flying mortar. It makes so much more sense than a flying broom.

Is she leaving her house behind, or will it follow along after her? … as soon as our other heroes find a way out of it, of course!
Those are looooong legs.

Sigh. Another Friday…!

… I have to wonder why Baba’s not flying. Did her mortar get a flat?

Oh yes, the beast was killed by Lucius using the cane after Margo gave it a severe wacking.

I’m wondering now if the killed takers can come back like the Nazgûl, as wraiths under control of Flimm. Will there be some contest for control of the Aylosium icons of office, and will the mysterious Dr. help our heroes understand how to use them?

“This body falls to pieces. Do not expect same from Flimm.” Hmmmm… There is much to think about : ) See you all on Monday, Lost Siders – have great weekends!

Human bodies don’t hold their normal energies well. It breaks down over the centuries.

Ten points to the poster who identified her teeth as Aylosium weeks ago when Baba Yaga first appeared.

Things of our world can harm them. Baba did say that glass could hurt her body too, like it would Margo. So it would appear that Alloysium, when used as a weapon, hurts their “spirit” or whatever their other-world essence is. Other earthly things can hurt their body, but not their spirit.
Flimm has no body, though he may be able to control bodies (Rafer, Lucius, others?)
The Takers have traded power for bodies, leaving them at a disadvantage to Flimm.
The two Takers that were not “killed” or captured (Rafer may not be considered a Taker at this point, but rather a puppet) are both water Takers (Jenny – river, Jamie – lake).
Rafer may be considered a puppet and he was last left with the puppetmaster (Jerry). Hmm…
Those would be items that I would add to the list.
