   Actually, his name is Vernon. It was established in a very early strip. However, I don’t think it has been used since then.
   .
   I don’t think LDL has ever had a name, however.
   I would like to call him mine and take him home. (Vern can, come too.)
   I would give them both LOTS of Valentines.

   I went looking for the 1st cartoon, it was 3/26/2007. Along te was I found out the blackbird’s name is Jackson.
