That about sizes it up. The Obamanation’s unworkable plan will accomplish nothing short of causing further damage to the economy.

It does cover 8 days worth of spending tho. Don’t worry about the other 357 days.

I’d suggest using spell check but you need to know what you’re trying to say.

Actually the rich have enough to cover it all and then some. They would just have to stop giving quite as much to the politicians.

throw in a few weekends and it might cover the 12 days of Christmas.
But I thought the evil rich where the Grinch and not the dog according to the community organizer in chief.

Too bad spending and the deficit are going down. Otherwise it would be a good cartoon.

Someone, please explain why the 1% or top 2% should not pay their fair share of taxes.

Where are the jobs they are reported to be creating? The last election shows that the voters don’t believe the job creators lie and want the rich rich to pay their fair share of taxes.

Only the poor are being “taxed to death” and really, for the majority of the poor, they aren’t either.

Rich people and their toads in government lied to us for three decades that if we gave them a massive tax cut that it would be a good thing for everyone.
    .
It ended up not working out that way.
    .
I expect it will take approximately three decades to forget about this lie, or maybe longer since so many people still believe it.

Lisa, and most of the commenters here, seems to be a bitter loser. You lost the election for some very good reasons. Now if you could just stop you paranoid temper tantrums, we could get to work. Wait, that would be too much to hope for……..

I agree that we do need to get a hold on spending and set some stringent priorities for what gets taxpayers’ money. Some of us believe that it should be spent on things like rebuilding deteriorating infrastructure, educating future generations, and improving the lives of Americans; others believe it is best used to blow up brown people in order to “bring them freedom” (so long as they use that freedom to elect governments that’ll kowtow to us and sell us their oil cheap).
One of these paths has a future.
