Any task is welcome when it’s challenging.

That lawn mower/snow blower would sell like hot cakes!

Smart, I never thought of trying that when I was a kid, lol.

If Lio can resurrect the dead, play with monsters, have a land going squid as a best friend removing the snow is easy as he shows us.

Get to work, inventors! I want one of these for real!

Why’s Dad so sad? The work’s getting done and he doesn’t have to do it!

From robotic toy Frankenstein monster to 9000 Lawn Master mower/snowblower is an easy step for Lio! And it’s so efficient! (I think that is what depresses Dad; he intended for Lio to work hard shovelling.)

As long as the snow is dry and powdery, this does work! Works best with a mulching blade.

Cool. Never thought of using a mower that way.
(thankfully, we only get snowy winters about every ten years here on the high desert. A couple of inches that almost instantly pack down to ice is the usual.)

Snow-blowers have been around for a long time—did Dad really think Lio would use something as arcane as a snow shovel? Tis laughable!!

Yes, master.

Dad wanted Lio to do the work the hard way. It’s one of those “building character” techniques parents think actually work.

If I had any more character, I’d be in the comics. Oy! Here I am now!

It’s called a snowblower, look it up.
