I HATE that when I’m barbequing for others! I might be tempted to respond with “What do I look like? A short order cook?!?”

At a BBQ that’s like having a keg and somebody’s filling your cup from it. You ask “What kind of beer is that?” They say “What kind do you like?”

This ain’t Burger King, and you can’t have it your way!

When I’m doing it its – “Do you want it well-done, well-done or definitely done!!!” There’s absolutely no chance you’re even gonna hear a little “moo” when I’m through.

    Well, he’s correct.
But there’s nothing wrong with grilling, especially when done over charcoal (I’m not much for propane; that’s barely even “grilling”).
The best BBQ is actually done with the meat (often a side of beef or entire pig) wrapped and buried in a pit with the hot coals, often for an entire day.

“National Cancer Institute researchers have identified 17 different HCAs that result from cooking “muscle meats” and that may pose human cancer risks. Studies have also shown increased risk of colorectal, pancreatic and breast cancers associated with high intakes of well done, fried or barbequed meats.”
