    Loris is the face in the misty light
    Footsteps that you hear down the hall.
    The laugh that floats on a summer night
    That you can never quite recall.
    And you see Loris on a train that is passing through
    Those eyes how familiar they seem.
    She gave your very first kiss to you
    That was Loris but she’s only a dream.

    Loris believes the dangers of handling radionuclide materials have been much exaggerated by Hollywood and the news media, but repeated exposure does seem to have an impact on her appearance.

    @leftybosco

    Ever seen the movie for which it was written?
    A wonderful murder mystery with Gene Tierney, Vincent Price and Clifton Webb.
    It’s nice to see that there are those of us who still remember the old tunes (even the Spike Jones version, Devo. Thanks for the compliment, Spike was great. Esp. love his version of “My Old Flame”).
