The “conservatives” (Tea Party) that are being scrutinized by the IRS are really regressives – they want to go back to some fantasy land that they “remember” which was really just on Ozzie and Harriet / Leave it to Beaver TV. Mom stayed home, Dad went to work but was home in time for sage advice and everyone was white (except for the “help”).

These people should NOT be getting tax exempt status because they are not educating anyone on REAL things – they ARE political. The requirements of a 501C4 is to be educational – including FACTS and REALITY.

I hope you’ll forgive me, Nantucket, for not believing that any C4 organized to educate the public on political issues deals in fact or reality.

I think they need to remove the 501C4 tax exemption entirely and don’t allow ANY secret donors – most of them don’t have much ability and even less desire to REALLY educate anyone about any true facts. ALL BIAS, just from various POV.

The first drone is supposed to say “we blow up moms and kids and wedding parties and hope that a terrorist is in there somewhere.”

Thank you Catalino for pointing out that our “conservatives” are just as bad as domestic terrorists. They hate America, don’t ya know. They want our president to fail, in this time of war! They should support the country instead of working against it.

Half right. Conservatives do threaten American sovereignty.

Yup, there’s no reason to believe that groups openly hostile to government, and taxes, should be identified as potential “tax dodgers” and subject to audit.

Lableling “conservatives” and going after them is as wrong as going after “liberals”, like Reagan and the Bush administrations ordered, but , groups seeking tax free status for political fundraising (not legal) should be examined.

Let’s not forget that many of the Tea Parties advocate overthrow of the American government by violent means, secession from the union, have promulgated racist pictures of President Obama and threatened his life. These groups, if they seek non-profit status, should be investigated.

This is for the people who have said for the last few days that Liberal groups got a free pass.
