It says ‘employees must wash hands’ so the employees are washing his hands.

I am obsessive about washing my hands after using the toilet, but when one of those signs appeared in the restroom at work (tank/trailer repair, not exactly a clean environment), I was so tempted to NOT wash my hands.

They need to hire employees like this at places like restaurants, hospitals, etc. to make sure the other employees DO….. I saw a doctor once who must have thought germs would bounce off o him, cuz he surely walked right PAST the sink… I’ve been usng the “paper towel on the door handle” trick since…..

A different emphasis on “employees” in the familiar sign. The make you wash your hands too, very hard.

Nothing to fear, eventually they will breed them for public use.

There are some comics that I don’t understand on a Monday morning…this is one of them

Usually, when you read the sign, you think the sign is meant only for whomever works at the restaurant (where Joe may be at, for example) or the Police Station (as Terek suggested) or some other public establishment having to wash their hands, but the sign is meant to say that they have “employees” there, whose job it is to make sure to wash EVERYBODY’S hands, including the patrons….

    Or see ammittai’s comment above…..

I get creeped out by the thought of attendants in bathrooms.

I’ve told this story before, but my husband was in the restroom with another fellow and a “suit”. When the other fellow started to leave without washing his hands, the Suit asked him about it. “Nah. Never do that” or something to that effect. The Suit followed the guy out of the restroom and into the cafeteria kitchen. The fellow was then escorted to the door.
