    Holder’s Fast and Furious caused the death of a border agent. Why isn’t Eric Holder in prison?

    We are living in the new gilded age where a tiny handful of people are extremely rich, there is a small frightened middle class, and a vast desert of grinding poverty.

    I am still mystified that Republicans/Fox “news” viewers are so happy with the high and growing inequality of wealth in this country.

    You honestly believe that’s a good thing?

    Holder isn’t doing enough to clean up Bush’s crash.

    The ’toon is referring to te hypocrisy on the left concerning non-violent crimes. The lack of violence is irrelevant. A crime isa crime.

    The toon has very simplistic view of what happened; just like hollywood.

    Because if you arrested every police/military leader for errors that caused a death, they’d pretty much all be in prison.

    @narrowminded

    The cartoon is referring to the hypocrisy of imprisoning small-fry non-violent offenders who get high but don’t rip off anyone – while we totally ignore those criminals who destroys thousands of lives while stealing millions of dollars.

    The toon is referring to the fact that if you steal a candy bar from 7-11 because you are hungry and broke, you may serve time, but if you fraudulently invest billions of dollars as a banker, causing a chain of problems from companies folding to people losing their houses, you don’t serve any time no matter how many victims there are. You may even get bailed out by the government and be allowed to keep the bonuses you promised yourself.

    When a poor man robs a rich man while wearing a mask, that’s a crime.
    When a rich man robs a poor man while wearing a suit, that’s capitalism.

    And the moral of the clip is the “Golden Rule”.. those that have the gold make the rules.

    Not until “justice” is removed from the influence of money will this change.

    Take money out of politics!
    Most politicians have sold their souls to the devils dirty mammon. They will all be so surprised when they diee and are in a fiery pit. They think they are all such good people and they feel like God’s favorites, but Wrong-o!

    @Tigger

    Where did I say I supported either of those, or are you just assuming I only blamed Bush?
    I’m an Independent, Tigger, not a Democrat.

    What should mystify is why that inequity continues to grow unabated with YOUR guy in the white house with a press (short of fox news) that worships him like a god?

    Money changers don’t make the laws, Congress does. The 2008 crash was 100% due to our spineless sell-out Congress handing the money changers everything they wanted on a silver platter.
