Here’s the sociopathic Left claiming that women murdering the children inside their bodies is “health care.”
I can’t help but wish that everyone who loudly champions abortion would have been subjected to one themselves…
Whatever happened to “love your neighbor as yourself” aka “Do to others as you would have them do to you.”
Is killing your neighbor inside the womb “love?” Do you wish that had been done to YOU? If not, why do you so loudly wish it upon others?
PS the above cartoon is an offensive insult to everyone who has ever braved the public scorn and threats by the Demoncrat party of being charged under RICO laws, while protesting outside abortion clinics. Those brave and selfless souls are under no illusion they are trying to use GOVERNMENT to “force” anything onto ANYONE. They are more intelligent than that, and have a better sense of American History, and of which ideas are worth fighting for.
The idea that is it the norm to murder your baby any time it suits you is a throwback to pagan barbarism…

STILL MORE ABORTION COMIX.
I don’t like abortion. I don’t think many people do. But I don’t think it’s going to go away anytime soon. Read about infanticide throughout history and tell me I’m wrong.
And again: Adoption is an important option that doesn’t get nearly enough coverage in the debate.

And again again: Just as soon as you get everyone who votes against abortion rights to adopt one of the results, it’ll be a viable option.

Stop LYING, Fairport. Good grief, people who aren’t ignorant slaves to Feminist ideology get so SICK of the lies and excuses your baby-killing crowd trumpets.
There is no shortage of married couples wanting to adopt. Many are on waiting lists. There IS a shortage of married couples willing to suffer through the endless bureaucratic nightmare which adoption entails. Girl Government has assumed 100% complete control over every “unwanted” child in america, and excels at nothing more than throwing endless obstacles and red tape and paperwork in the way of married couples wishing to adopt.
Few people wish to be subjected to all that bureacratic nonsense. Which is why more and more married couples are heading OVERSEAS to adopt, where it is actually EASIER, and less expensive…

Abortion is not murder, if you believe it is and try to use the law to prevent someone from having an abortion then you are using to law to impose your beliefs on them.
If a man is drafted but says he wont go because he believes the Bible says we should not kill, he taking a religious position that applies only to him and his beliefs. But if he wants a law that no one can be drafted then he is using the power of the Goverment to impose his beliefs on others.

Fairportfan: Yes, there are those who are opposed to abortion. How does this make adoption an nonviable option? I do not understand your argument.
Fairportfan2 said, 2 months ago
Okay, scotty - as usual, you know nothing about what you’re braying.
My brother went overseas to adopt - it wound up costing him close to a hundred thousand dollars.
And, you know, it’s funny how people who want to adopt don’t seem to want to adopt babies with brown or black skin, or babies born with congenital health problems.
toasteroven: Adnvancing adoption as a viable alternative to abortion is fine. See my comment so scottyfritos, just above this.
I may not have been clear, sorry:
Anyone who wants to ban abortion, and advances adoption as a viable means for dealing with unwanted babies if abortion is banned is a hypocrite unless they are ready to adopt one or two of those babies themselves.

Let me put this simply. If you dont agree with abortion DONT GET ONE. Simple as that, but that DOESNT mean someone should be denied it since it is a personal decision. I dont beleive in God, but let me pose this in a theological way. God gave people free will, and with that free will people are able to choose what they do, and then they will be judged on thier choices. Now, since abortion is a totally personal decision that is done in the privacy of a doctors office it will have NO effect on your life. Your soul and life are intact and there is no problem with your ability to get into heaven as a result of it. The only issue would be the salvation of those who get the abortion and those that perform it, but thanks to that little thing called free will, they are FREE to choose that path.

No Fairport, it’s YOU who is lying, and shifting the blame.
Why aren’t people responsible for their own sexual behavior and choices? People are no longer even getting MARRIED. The vast majority of Americans below age 30 are either single, fornicating with others with no commitment, or else shacking up with some “partner”, in a relationship prone to dissolve at a whim.
YOU created that mess. People with YOUR stupid, mindless, destructive blame-others attitudes.
Girl Government controls marriage, divorce, and takes automatic possession of every “unwanted” child. Girl Government decides who, if anyone, will ever be allowed to adopt a child, and when. They don’t take into account a person’s character, morality, or anything else beneficial. They just look at income, and other secular measurements. They no longer even value marriage as being a plus in couples; it’s not even factored into their criteria.
It’s why again I wish we would fight a second Civil War. Right against Left. The two philosophies cannot co-exist in the same society. Right now the Left has taken control of everything in our culture, including an ever-growing number of churches. They’re making laws designed to make life on Earth a living Hell for everyone on the “Right.” I fail to see how much longer we’re supposed to endure their constant drumbeat of lies, slander, and accusations. They use Girl Government the same Chairman Mao did–as a gun placed to the forehead of people like me. “Pay me to fornicate!” they scream petulantly. “Pay me to abort my kids, pay me to teach all kids to hate Christianity and defend Islam, pay me not to work, pay me to do whatever I want while you get to do nothing except keep your mouth shut, and slave for ME!”
The Left today has become every bit as totalitarian as Stalin was at his worst. They have destroyed the nuclear family, secularized everyone’s mind to where God is no more important to people than an old newspaper, and continue to abuse the power of Girl Government to legislate their every whim into law, forcing all who disagree with them to both pay for their madness, and be punished any time they dare to oppose it in public.
This situation cannot endure much longer. The passage of the Left’s Orwellian “Hate Crimes” laws–tacked onto a DEFENSE SPENDING BILL at the last second–which literally punish people for ThoughtCrime, was the final straw.
Either people are going to finally start fighting back against these Godless lunatics or else we’ll have to behave like Cuba, and arrest every Bible-believing Christian and throw them into prison, because the laws the Left is enacting are backing us all into a corner. “An unjust law is no law at all” said Martin Luther King, and the Left positively excels at creating unjust laws…

a.c.d said, 2 months ago
^Scott, you are so wrong it is insulting. Stalin didnt dissolve the nuclear family. The nuclear family was the CENTER of the soviet constitution and is now STILL the center of the constitution of the Russian federation.
Secondly, marriage is a contract upheld by the state and can also be recognized by the church if people so wish to do so. The fact that people are getting married at a later age is the consequence of being better educated. People want to be able to marry, but also have more, such as a career or an education (generally both).
Thirdly, orphans are taken in by the state because the social implications of allowing children to be carted around resulted in massive abuse of children in the use of labor and sexual exploitation, which is also why there are such strict rules in adoption.
Fourthly, adoption law doesnt include marriage as a factor because although I agree that a two person household is going to offer greater support and structure than a single parent household, it does not mean that a single parent is unable to properly raise a child.
Fifthly, the passing of Hate Crime legislation is meant to highlight the repugnant emotion that the people feel for those that inflict harm on others for the mere fact of being different from themselves. And your thoughcrime aspect here has NO legal merit. People are ALREADY punished for thought. That is the ENTIRE difference between premeditated murder, manslaughter and crimes of passion. The state already makes the distinction between those that THOUGHT about killing someone before they do, and those that don’t, so Scott, I hate to be the barer of bad news, but thought crime has been on the books since they were written.
And finally, Christianity it doing just fine in the US. You may believe that you are being attacked but that is BS. You are free to beleive whatever you like, pray however you like and even say whatever you like. The only thing that annoys you is the fact that people have different beliefs than you, which calls into question your own, and since you lack the self esteem or back bone to be accepting of difference you attack all those that dont believe like you.

So after vilifying his fictional “Demoncrats” in part for starting the American Civil War, scottfreitas is now hoping for a new civil war between Americans who hold different opinions about politics! Unbelievable.
Meanwhile, some of us are trying to engage with those who disagree with us and seek ways to get along.
So who in this picture seems to be following the Prince of Peace?

Scott,
Before you continue misquoting Jesus, it would be a good idea to crack an English book. Your sentence construction is as insulting as your name-calling. The point that many of us are making [and the point of this toon] is that you have no right to tell a woman what she can or cannot do to her own body. Your hypocrisy is most telling when you assume that we who are pro-choice are automatically pro-abortion. As a minister-educator counseling women before and after Roe V. Wade, I can assure you that it is much better to have abortion safe and legal. Since you obviously never had to deal with women so desperate to risk their lives to obtain an illegal abortion, you should consider showing a “Love Thy Neighbor” attitude toward all whom you are disparaging.
Is your faith real, or is it as phony as the flag on your lapel?

In cases of major health problems (ie, tubal pregnancy), abortion IS healthcare. The practise iotself is not to blame, it’s the way it’s used.
All unwanted pregnancies aren’t systematically aborted. If it was so, I wouldn’t be here and most of my extended family wouldn’t be here either.
I’ve been living common law with my boyfriend for three years. My parents have been together for 21 years and counting. they were both married before to other people and just don’t want to go through all that again.
The BF and I could get married, but I just don’t want to spend 10 000 dollars on a phoney, tacky party that won’t change much. these bucks can be better spent elsewhere.

While the debate over abortion will go on, one fact remains. Republican Party leadership not only supports, but encourages their employees access to elective abortions.
Last week it was revealed that the RNC’s health insurance coverage with Cigna includes coverage of elective abortion. Michael Steele, director of the RNC pledged publicly that this would be changed. Or did he? It seems that at some undetermined time this ‘will be reviewed’.

What scott needs to do is revisit the scriptures that he throws out their. Jesus was asked what the greatest commandment was and he replied that their were two that ALL the law and the prophets were fulfilled by. Love God with all your heart, soul and mind and strength and the JUST LIKE IT was love you neighbor as you love yourself. IF you go to 1st cor. 13 and see what the definition of love (called charity in the KJ version) is you can see what Jesus meant.
Read it scott and when you get to the part that says forgives all things think about toneing down the hate speech you seem to thrive on.
I read a modern english version but think that organized religion just confuses the issues. Each of us is responsible for our own decisions and actions………I’m just saying

Bruce: I appreciate the sentiment but are you saying all the Christians who fought in, and supported, the American Revolution were unredeemed, uniformed hypocrites who went to Hell?
The Left in America today makes the British government our Founders fought against seem like reasonable, decent, law-abiding people by comparison. In fact no doubt King George and all his Loyalists would be sickened by the depravity of today’s Left. BOTH sides from 1776 would take up arms against people like Bill Maher and Michael Moore, that’s for sure. The porn culture created by Hugh Hefner and Larry Flynt would make them want to slaughter everyone responsible or supportive of it without mercy.
I don’t believe Jesus instructed Christians to have a death wish. The Left has turned America into a culure of death. A culture of sexual immorality, Godlessness, and raw narcissism beyong anything seen since the ancient pagan times. Hard to believe we’re supposed to allow ourselves to become extinct, which is what is happening. Homosexuals are even being ordained as “pastors” now, and preaching a version of Christianity that exists nowhere except between their own ears, yet which is eagerly lapped up by young people already brainwashed by government schools.
I know and believe with all my heart, based on both the Bible and 6000+ years of human history, that there WILL come a day in America when Bible-believing Christians wil be treated no better than the Jews under Hitler. We may not get marched into ovens, but we’ll surely be thrown into prisons en masse and left to rot, if not put to death by lethal injection.
I even know which government agency will do most of the dirty work: The so-called Department of Health and Human Services.

“I read a modern english version but think that organized religion just confuses the issues. Each of us is responsible for our own decisions and actions………I’m just saying”
The joke about organized religion is that nobody has ever experienced it. One of the primary functions of people getting together in faith, however, is to sit in that confusion together. To be a community. Unfortunately, that always involves people, and when you do that, it gets all screwed up. But I’d rather sit in my confusion muddling it over with others who are looking than to sit alone in my own little hole. Just saying.

Anthony,
I have ready your posts that you have posted on various threads. As expected it is no more than lies. The article you posted stated the following:
The RNC’s current leadership says that it was not previously aware of the abortion coverage under its Cigna plan until a Politico reporter contacted the press office on Wednesday.
Warrior77 said, 2 months ago
You are just trying to stir up some bleeep and as far as being shocked that is nothing more than another lie.

Go to this site and you can read what you already know:
http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1109/29470.html
The Republican Party’s official position calls for a constitutional ban on abortion, and many of its members are heavily engaged in a fight to ban individuals who get federal subsidies for insurance from using that money to buy policies that cover abortion through the health insurance exchanges proposed in a health care measure moving through Congress.
McKay writes that Chairman Michael Steele ordered a review of RNC operations, including the health care policy, earlier this year.
“The review of our health insurance policy has been underway for some time and that review continues,” Mckay wrote.
Republican National Committeeman James Bopp Jr. of Indiana told POLITICO he believes the policy will be changed, as did Rep. Jack Kingston.

Warrior, you need to understand the difference between “lie” and “sarcasm”. I wasn’t really shocked to find out that the Republicans have been providing abortion coverage, although I was a bit surprised. (Probably everyone but you picked up on that.)
Nevertheless, where are the “lies”? If you’re going to accuse me of lying, at least have the courtesy to point out what you’re referring to.
Has the RNC provided abortion coverage? Yes.
Are they against that coverage for the nation? Yes.
Are they only now “reviewing” the situation, since Politico called them on it (per your link)? Yes.
And you say they ordered a review “earlier this year”, and that the review “continues”? How long does it take??? You call the insurance company, give them your group policy number, and say, “Are we covered for abortions?” The agent checks, and confirms that you are. Takes a few minutes, yet you seem comfortable that it’s taken them months, and they still aren’t done.
Warrior77 said, 2 months ago
Lets rephrase this, does your insurance company provide abortion coverage?
I could not tell you if mine does or not? It is something that I am not planning on ever using.
It is through my employer. If you are employed you should know the drill. At the end of every year the yahoo’s from the insurance company comes out and gives you a brief review of any changes and prices.
Let me think, I have been full time employed since I was 15. I have working full time for 20 years and I have yet to hear from the insurance industry if abortion was covered or not. I do not think it was ever brought up.
Back to the article it stated they did not even know it was covered.
They also had statements from two people stating it was going to be removed.
Since you are making a big deal about it, lets talk about your policy. Does it cover abortions? How many children do you have from different strange women? How many women aborted your babies? Does the DNC insurance cover abortions? Do you work at an abortion clinic?
Anthony 2816
said,

Like you I haven’t checked because I have no use for it. But if I was working to remove abortion coverage for everyone else, you can bet I’d check my own policy first, because I certainly wouldn’t want to appear as hypocritical as the Republicans.
I know they’re going to have it removed after-the-fact, since Politico caught it. That doesn’t impress me at all.
And now for your pointless questions:
I don’t know. It’s Kaiser Permanente, so if you’re really that interested, you can call them.
I have three children with my wife of 26 years. Haven’t impregnated any “strange” women.
Zero.
No idea, but for the most part they’re not the ones trying to dictate the coverage for everyone else. Perhaps some of those Blue Dogs should look into it.
No.
How about you?

I’ll insert my opinion here. From media accounts, and Steele’s own acknowledgment, the Republican National Committee negotiated and chose a healthcare plan for its employees that includes reproductive health options, including abortions. According to Steele and RNC officials, the abortion option has been in place for RNC employees for 19 years.
When an enterprising journalist looked into the RNC plan and discovered it included abortions, then and only then did the Chairman of RNC say the policy will be reviewed. Kudos to the Politico journalist for doing his/her job.
Has the RNC actually changed the policy yet or are they still “reviewing” it?

Perhaps transplanting foetuses into the bodies of abortion opponents like «scott freitas», who seem to feel a need to control the bodies of others could serve as an alternative to the abortions they so decry ? Although I’m not certain it could be considered a «compassionate» alternative….
Henri
PS : Note that these same persons often accuse single mothers of being «welfare queens», so these women seemed to be damned if they do and damned if they don’t. But then «scottfreitas» would probably suggest total sexual abstinence - a proven method ! - as a way out of the dilemma….
