HAHAHA! That’s what YOU think, dude. He’s at least someone who SAYS he is willing to work with his Democratic colleagues in the Senate, but he’s also allied with Birthers…

Yesterday’s Republican Moderate has become today’s “Republican In Name Only”.
I don’t mind a RINO in office, if that is what Mr. Gomez is.. Markey doesn’t impress me anyway but if Mr. Gomez is going to be another party first republican, I would prefer the Dem. However, a moderate Republican would be better than an extreme Democrat and vice versa.

The RINOs need to go. Period.

Holbert obviously isn’t from MA. Gomez is a sacrificial lamb. Markey is going to toast him. Even if Markey was a dumb as Coakley, there just isn’t enough time for him to blow the election.

Then if he’s allied with people attempting to get the truth then he’s very well qualified.

Motivemagus didn’t say Gomez was allied with people attempting to get the truth. He said Gomez was allied with the Birthers. There is a huge difference.

Is it double speak or your lack of understanding of what he posted? Go back and reread it a little more slowly, and I think you will see it isn’t double speak.

Just because you’re confused by anything more complex than “DEMOCRATS EVIL” doesn’t mean it’s doublespeak.

LOL which means – as ScottPM points out – an alliance with Hillery and her gang. Yep, there IS a huge difference.

The following is the profile I wrote when I joined. I made one change to replace the superfluous with informative when I changed my name to RT.

    Respectful Troll
    ^
    Member since July 01, 2011

Bio A cheerfully immature 50+ male. The Avatar is the sign I carried to Rally for Sanity/Fear in Wash. D.C. where Jon Stewart & Stephen Colbert spoke/ performed. A Nine Issue Voter- Clean Water/Air/Food, Wild places, Children’s education/health, Active Military/Veteran/Family Support/Care, Infrastructure improvement/maintenance; NASA & asteroid/meteor interception/diversion technology, and others.
    ^^^
If the causes don’t scream progressive with a liberal bent, you’d think the fact I endured a DC crowd of over 200,000 to see Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert would. I should change my avatar with the pics of other signs I saw there that day. However, that’s about as hard core as I go tho. I vote and I write to the people I voted for and against. Once in awhile, I use a stamp. That might be hardcore.
    ^
If I have confused anyone, I deeply apologize.
My name is Respectful Troll, and I hug trees.
    (you say "Hello RT)
You many now ignore anything else I say from this point on.
    mmmmmmm
    trrreeeeeeeessssss.
    Respectfully,
    but a little incredulous,
    C.

Jerry, I’ve looked at the listed results from a local news station.

    http://www.wcvb.com/news/politics/results-from-2013-massachusetts-special-election-us-senate-primary/-/9848766/19889986/-/format/rsss_2.0/-/jmvjsmz/-/index.html

Markey drew more votes than all the R candidates combined. I fully recognize that it was a special election and turnout was low. A quick google of MA population put it at 6.5 mil in July 2011. Totat voting in the primary looked like ~ 1/10th of that. This doesn’t tell me that either one has the advantage over the other.
