    look at all these TEA-party freshmen that
    have sworn to right the financial ship. What
    have they done? Vote against the ACA 33
    times and introduce anti-abortion legislation.
    What a success for democracy…

    If the middle class would get off thier butts. vote and buy stufff made in the USA We would stop being unemployed and kicked around by the politicians

    Great idea. Trouble is, you can not buy anything made in the US any more. The upper class has moved all production overseas to make fatter profits. So there…..

    Actually, in a recent home builders show in Virginia, a builder DID build and furnish a house with only made in the USA materials and products. It cost 1/4 more.

    Ruff, sorry to burst your bubble, but we caused the shift to China starting in the 90’s. Cheaper clothes, electronics, appliances, furniture etc. We bought it, lock stock and barrel. American manufacturers closed down because we didn’t buy American, we bought “imported.” We caused the credit bubble because we bought the too good to be true properties with too good to be true unrealistic interest rate loans. Nobody forced it on us…

    Apple said their product would cost 20% more if made in the U.S., I’d be happy to pay it, for ANY product!! I’ve defended my country in many ways over decades, and putting out a little more to see my neighbors, or even someone across the country living better, is a small price.


    Too bad MItt and his friends in “business” do NOT see it that way.

    Obama only cares for the middle class vote, not the middle class. That is why there are no jobs, fuel is through the roof, Groceries are up 25 percent…shall I keep going?

    Sorry to burst your bubble, but I did not mention a time frame in my remarks. I am well aware that it started in the 90’s. I am also well aware that the present challenger to the Presidency was an active participant in that move to China, in order to make his millions.
    BTW, you will have a heck of a time convincing people to buy American made when something cheaper is available.
