Ryan plan, seniors are toast. Vouchers will also make it impossible for “future seniors” to afford private, individual policies, period.

Under the Romney/Ryan plans the rich get richer and the Middle class get poorer. I guess the poor will just have to die after they cancel Obamacare.

That is a good point. Will Ryan’s plan be any worse than the last three years of the Republicans doing everything they can to insure Obama is a one-term President as they publicly stated at the beginning of his term?

Gee, no need to watch TV with all the repeating of the mainstream media here. It’s only better because it doesn’t have the hateful campaign ads.

No Ryan plan effects no one over 55 that is why I support it, I am 49 and want the systems saved. We live longer so lets start taking our benefits later.

Wait to you get the Ryan-Romney budget, it is a 4 banger toaster ride that goes directly over the cliff into a financial Heaven for the rich and financial purgatory for small businesses, the working class and the poor.

Yes sir, Step right-up folks and get your ticket (not) for the zany, hot dogging Ryan-Romney financial ride of your life…were you will learn to become a 2nd class service industry worker to the rich.

The only thing that is wrong with this cartoon is that Obama’s course has been a steady DOWNWARD trajectory. There haven’t been ANY ups.

Obama has been a mediocre president—not bad, but not great.

Great presidents get things done. If the entire Congress is against them, they still find a way.

If the previous driver left the brakes off and the truck in neutral, and the truck went over a cliff, the next driver can’t be expected to deliver the entire cargo on time, and that’s what President Obama inheritied from Bush, Jr. But after three years, only Obamabots see that President Obama has completely repaired the truck all by himself with his bare hands and delivered the entire cargo ahead of schedule and below budget. Most of us still see persistent high unemployment and little progress toward full recovery, so we see the truck still in the ditch with not enough done to get it repaired.

The New York Times concedes the House to the Republicans, so if Obama is re-elected, we can look forward to four more years of deadlock. If the Romney-Ryan team is elected, the PPACA is toast, Medicare is probably toast, Social Security is probably toast, food security is toast retrieved from the garbage. This will allow us to pay for all those $500 hammers for the Pentagon without taking any taxes at all from the ‘job creators’.

So choose wisely, if you’ve got your requisite Voter ID card.

Of course, the right-wingnuts claim the Ryan plan allows everyone to keep every Medicare benefit now available, or switch to Ryan’s plan, which will provide much better healthcare, while saving almost the entire Medicare budget. Which just proves that the right-wingnuts EITHER all failed 5th grade math, OR failed conduct because they told too many lies.

“……Great presidents get things done. If the entire Congress is against them, they still find a way……”
Roosevelt, Wilson, Truman, Nixon, and Clinton all tried and failed to implement universal health care. Obama succeeded in implementing significant health care reforms – not the best, as there will still be 23 million uninsured, but a start. He would have done better had there not been ferocious opposition and determination for him to fail. The result is about 20,000 Americans die annually in the prime of life from medical problems that could be treated, but lack insurance to pay for treatment.
You have to wonder why Americans fight so hard to preserve easily the worst health care delivery system of the developed countries, despite having some of the best health care technology on the planet.

Right, yohann, Obama hasn’t had any “ups” … unless you count the employment rate, the stock market, the economy, America’s reputation in the world, housing, bankruptcy filings, the number of our global enemies defeated…. other than that, maybe not so much. True, our credit rating was killed by the GOP radicals, they insisted on extending unpaid-for tax cuts for the rich, and they refuse to pass jobs bills. Somehow Obama didn’t manage to block the damage done to us by Republicans, so let’s vote him out. :-)
