Part of the sorting out process, most republicans are decent Americans not wanting to betray what used to be Grand.
    .
“you can’t go home again”, it is sinking in that the fractured party is sunk. Change is coming.

You double-crossed a Jersey boy. What’d you THINK would happen? Long memories and short tempers in my home state….

One of these days, he might admit the Republican Party left him. I had to admit the Democrats left me and so joined the Greens, which are more like FDR and Sam Rayburn of my youth.

It’s the turtles. and it’s turtles all the way down!

Hippogriff is right. He doesn’t belong anymore with the narrow minded and increasingly rightward marching of the GOP.
The Democrats will welcome you Gov. Christi!

The main beneficiaries of the pork in the Sandy Relief Bill will Alabama, Texas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. All the states have 2 republican senators each, except for Louisiana, which has 1 Democrat and 1 Republican.

And those states have also had major hurricane damage where repairs have been underfunded.

Funds for $51.8 billion Katrina relief bill was released in 10 days after the request was made. Republican controlled Congress had no problem in releasing money for Red States.
When it comes to Blue States, Boehner couldn’t even bother to schedule a vote before the term expired.

You are correct, Christie is a bully. A bully that the Republicans were proud to call their own when he attacked teachers and proudly posted the video on YouTube:

    -
A bully that Romney was more than happy to use as an attack dog against Obama:

If Republicans didn’t have a problem with him then, they shouldn’t have a problem with him now.

Is that why he gave the key speech at the Republican convention?
