Jeff Danziger provides a scathing international take on politics, finance, and everything else you aren’t allowed to discuss at the dinner table. Combining spot-on caricatures with razor-sharp writing, this feature will make you listen a little more closely to what they tell you on the news.

These guys and their spartan Lunch……Check the GSA to see how to have a Real Lunch. Pelosi could do a good one on a Air Force plane too.

Oh, yeah, like the Republicans are bringing bag lunches to work. Sheesh.

Wow! A new Danziger, and it got a dot for a change! There may yet be hope – except for the others who never get a dot.

Sure glad “Bain, banks, and the brotherhood” never got any breaks or bennies from Congressional Republicans rewriting the “rules”.

To update the classic comment…“A Billion here, and a Billion there, and pretty soon you are talking about some real money!”

What bugs me about the whole situation is that after the bailout, lawmakers lacked the nerve to add new rules to the banker’s books. There is nothing to prevent this from happening again!

Blame Obama for giving Banks more ‘Tarp’ money when he bailed out GM and Chrysler.
Thousands lost their jobs when Obama bailed out GM and Chrysler as many dealerships and plants were closed.

You seem to forget that it’s only wrong when it’s a Democrat who’s wasting your money.

As far as the Republicans are concerned, if it ends up in their pockets, it’s not a waste…

They act upset then proceed as if nothing happened.
Laws are of no use when people don’t obeys them. Too many think they are above the law, or as Romney says
“Laws are for little people and suckers”!
A president should NOT have that attitude.

@Tigger
Nonsense. The number of jobs that would have been lost if government support had not been provided would have been far higher.
