Hey, I know! Let’s sue “The Law” for being sue-happy!
    .
Years ago, I read about a rather unbelievable case where a man sued a ladder company because he fell off of one of their ladders… and won! Now the ladder company puts a disclaimer on their ladders. Something like “Danger! High risk of falling!” Sheesh!

I like the lawyerstuff on Q-tips. The instructions say not to put them in your ears. Soon, if the Lawyers stay busy, there’ll be food packaging that says, “Not recommended for consumption.”

If anyone ever wonders why they see such daft, no-duh warnings on certain products, that’s a perfect example why.

I’m an audiologist. I’ve seen people who have managed to rupture an eardrum, damage the ossicular chain and even cause permanent hearing loss with a Q-tip. Keeping them out of the ear is a good recommendation.
