I probably would have benefited from that method. After losing enough muscle strength that I had to use a wheelchair, it was discovered that all cholesterol medicines attack my muscles. Doesn’t affect everyone, but I have an extremely rare genetic condition. Thankfully, Mayo Clinic was able (with lots and LOTS of tests, and finally a muscle biopsy) to diagnose it, AND figured out how to reverse the effects.
I’d rather die suddenly from a heart attack, than to be disabled and slowly killed by my medications.
