My wife came up with a better solution. Separate bedrooms!

Often snoring is a symptom of having sleep apnea.

According to WebMD: "If left untreated, sleep apnea can result in a growing number of health problems, including:

High blood pressureStrokeHeart failure, irregular heart beats, and heart attacksDiabetesDepressionWorsening of ADHD

In addition, untreated sleep apnea may be responsible for poor performance in everyday activities, such as at work and school, motor vehicle crashes, and academic underachievement in children and adolescents."

If someone you love snores enough that it prevents you from sleeping, show your love by having them evaluated for sleep apnea. Now that my husband wears a CPAP when he sleeps, I can enjoy sleeping in the same bed with him.
