   The correct source is the American taxpayer, not Obama. It’s not his money.
   
   Besides, I thought Bush was the author of that, so you can’t give Obama credit anyway.

   I can’t find the Chrysler Phoenix car on Google, all I get are ’ Chrysler dealers in Phoenix’. What is this about???

   The Phoenix model has been gone a long time (1984?). I think the ‘toon refers to Chrysler’s Q2 profit, and uses the old car model as the image of their improvement. The allusion will probably be lost on a lot of people.
