    Seems like prioritizing is the key to time management. I’ve juggled as many as 12 projects at the same time when I worked for the feds. Something so simple as putting the due dates on a calendar is about the best help I’ve ever found for planning what needs to be done when. If a biological assessment was due on X date, but a fire pops up somewhere, the fire writeup would get done first, then the BA, that kind of thing. (Worst one was the Stanza Fire. About 4 in the morning a rig loaded with firefighters drove off the road and rolled down a hillside. There’s no waiting on an emergency like that. ASAP takes a new meaning.)
